Midlothian Ladies Team v Baberton

Harburn’s Midlothian team of Jennifer Bryans, Aileen Kennedy, Dorothy Wilson, Sheila McEwan and Meg Laidler halved their match at home against Baberton.  This was a very good result for Harburn as Baberton are the current Division 1 champions.

Gents Summer League

The men’s team got back on track with a comprehensive 5 – 1 victory away to Bridgend on Friday night. The biggest win on the night came from Callum Rarity winning 9&7 👏👏

The team was: Craig Deerness, Sid Curran, Connor Bennewith, Josh Stewart, Callum Rarity & Matthew Smith

Our next game is away to Niddry Castle on Friday 4th June then home to Uphall on Monday 7th June.

Ladies Civic Cup

There was a good turnout for Sunday’s Civic Cup with 22 women taking part.  Top of the leader board, and winner of the Civic Cup, was Janet Hardie with a 69 net.  Runner up was Sheila McEwan with a 70 net.  Louise Hutson and Kimberley Campbell were joint 3rd on 72 net.

The sun was definitely shining bright yesterday at Harburn as the Midlothian team of Jennifer Bryans, Linda Boyle, Aileen Kennedy, Dorothy Wilson and Sheila McEwan won their match 4-1 at home against Craigmillar Park.
