This years winners of the Merit Cup Awards are Nick Henderson (Scratch) and Steven Stanton (Handicap).

These awards are for the best 8 lowest aggregate scores over the season in competition play.

In the Scratch award Nick scored 572 over his eight best rounds averaging 71.5. In the Handicap award, Steven scored 559 over his eight best rounds averaging just below “net” 70. Steven just pipped Greg Dymock with both players finishing on the same score but Steven takes the award due to his best round of 66.

Well done to both players on their consistency in level of performance over the season.

Full details for all players performance scores will be sent out by email and also posted on the noticeboards this week.
