Harburn Gents Open 2025
Congratulations to Greenburn’s Scott Corrigan on winning the Harburn Gents Open Scratch competition with a fine 3 under par round of 68 yesterday (36 +32) and to Arran Ho from Ratho Park who had a net 66 (73-7) taking the Bobby Gibson Trophy for the winner of the Handicap competition
Scott’s round included 6 birdies in total with four on the back nine just edging out Michael Kean from Dalziel Park on 69 (35+34), who finished with 3 birdies in the last 4 holes.
Scott’s brother Gary also finished on 69 (34+35) just losing out on back nine countback to take third place and will be rueing his bogey finish at the last hole to give his brother the bragging rights!
Three players finished with one under par 70’s – Fraser Campbell from Ratho Park (37+33), David Simpson from Crieff Golf Club (36+34) and Harburn’s own Mark Littlejohn (35+35).

In the Handicap Competition for the Bobby Gibson Trophy it’s congratulations to Ratho Park’s Arran Ho who took the honours with an impressive five under par round 66 (73-7) which included 4 birdies.
Three players tied on three under par 68, Harburn’s Sid Curran (74-6)and Mike Cassaly (74-6) and John Mackay from Uphall Golf Club (78-10) with places decided on back nine countback.
Tulliallan’s John Bodman and Gary McMeekin were also amongst the prizewinners by virtue of back nine countback finishing with two under par 69’s, edging out Jim Cogan from Dalziel Park and Harburn’s Jim Stewart.
