Jim Dyet takes leading qualifier with a net score of 65!
A field of 96 players competing in the third Kirk Rosebowl Qualifier.
In the Division One competition Ross Boyle took the honours with a fantastic gross 68 which gave a net 66, two shots clear of Karl Conway.
Ross was out in 37 and came home in only 31! Three birdies to finish his round along with other birdies at 2, 9 & 11 getting the job done.
Karl was out in 36 and also came back in 36 with birdies at 9 & 17.
Ross won £10.40 for first place in the sweep and Karl picked up £5.60.

Division 2 went to a countback with two golfers returning rounds of net 68. Michael Gibson took top spot with Gary Sneddon taking second.

Michael putting together birdies at 9 & 15 before finishing birdie, birdie on the last two to take the honours. Gary with birdies at 8 & 15. Well done.
Michael won £29.25 for first place in the sweep and Gary picked up £15.75.
In Division 3, Jim Dyet took top spot as well as leading qualifier with a score of 65. Coming second as far as the sweep is concerned was Stewart McKay two shots further back on 67.
Jim won £22.75 for first place in the sweep and Stewart picked up £12.25.
Seven players birdied the 15th hole, Fergus McRae, Ian Littlejohn, Tom Woods, Mark “Ginge” Littlejohn, Gary Sneddon, Michael Gibson and Tommy Toner all collecting £10.97 in the “Two’s” sweep.
