New Members Challenge Cup

The final round of the New Members Challenge Cup took place yesterday where several players were in the running with strong scores from previous months and the best 2 scores format. High scores were again a feature yesterday.

The first ever winner(s) of this competition with an impressive 76 points were Matthew Laird and Paul Wright. Many Congratulations to both Winners.

Top 5 were Matthew Laird/Paul Wright 76, Chris Bon 73, Nathan Jeyasingh 72 and Sean Raeburn 71.

There is a new trophy for our winners to share. The top 3 players per month will have any prize money in their accounts at the Pro Shop and there will be a sleeve of balls in the pro shop from Tuesday for our 4 monthly winners to collect [Matthew Laird, Sean Raeburn, Chris Bon and Nathen Jeyasingh].

There have been 30 new members who played in at least one match over the 4 months including 2 lady members and your participation is much appreciated. Hopefully you have got to know a group of fellow new members.
